How long will it be until my items arrive?

Average time ranges between 4 - 7 business days. However due to COVID shipping restrictions, some packages may take a bit longer than usual to arrive. Some items up to 15 business days if item origin is in Asia. Please allow for additional shipping time. We'll be sure to update you on any changes and do our best to accommodate you. 



Where do your products ship from?

We offer various handcrafted, embroidered knitted and even warehouse items that ship from the domestic U.S.A and parts of Asia.

OFFCOLLAR BRAND offers a wide selection of hand picked clothings and pet care items that have been tested directly by the owner and their pets to insure it meets the right standards. We routinely discuss ways we can improve on the items we sell through our feedback forums through e-mail and social media.
